Grants.gov Youth Funding Opportunity Grants
Grants.gov Youth Funding Opportunity Grants
Youth serving opportunities and partnerships at the state and local level tell us that using Grants.gov to find funding opportunities to serve youth and their families is a challenge. youth.gov is happy to announce the launch of the new tool that helps to solve this problem by allowing users to search for grants for programs that specifically serve youth and their families. This search tool taps into the Grants.gov database and allows users to customize their search results by applying keywords and filters for youth-related topics (such as bullying, mental health, and substance abuse) and grant-providing agencies.
The Grants.gov Youth Funding Opportunity Search Tool helps you find open solicitations across more than 12 federal funding departments, for about 300 programs that specifically support youth and their families. The tool simplifies the search for youth-related grants available on Grants.gov and requires users to take fewer steps to find youth-related grants than when searching the Grants.gov database directly.
All of the grants available through this tool are sorted into 25+ youth-related topics:

Upon searching for and identifying a grant of interest, a user is directed to information about specific relevant grants on the Grants.gov website, where he or she can view the grant’s synopsis, full announcement, and application.
youth.gov is also offering a badge for the tool for website managers to post on their sites to lead visitors to the search tool.
Grants.gov contains information about more than 1,000 grant programs offered by all federal grant-making agencies, and serves as a vehicle for citizens to search and apply for federal government grants.

Community Plea for Preparedness and Excellence
Dear Community Members,
As a united and loving community, we owe it to our children to strive for betterment and expect greater achievements from ourselves. Our future depends on the steps we take today to ensure their safety, education, and growth. One crucial aspect that demands our immediate attention is the implementation of *tertiary water treatment facilities.
I work in Venture Capital, where I often see great inventions that never come to the market. These life changing inventions are often bought up immediately, sometimes by large companies.
Water is essential to our Life, and to our children. A special Type of Tertiary Water Treatment: A Necessity for Safety below is an explanation.
Preparing for the predictable; Can we at the very least prepare for the predictable?
Consider this: in times of crisis, our current plan involves using a HAM radio to call for help. But what if help cannot arrive? We cannot rely solely on external aid. We must be self-reliant, equipped, and trained to handle emergencies ourselves. This means developing comprehensive response plans, ensuring we have the necessary resources, and training our community members in disaster preparedness.
Empowering Our Youth with Essential Skills
Our responsibility extends beyond immediate safety. We must prepare our children to be resilient and self-sufficient. By training every 3rd grader and up in life preservation skills, basic farming, and essential life skills, we empower them to face challenges head-on. These skills are not only useful in emergencies but also foster a sense of responsibility, confidence, and independence.
Fostering a Culture of Excellence
To achieve a prosperous future, we must cultivate a mindset of excellence. It's not enough to merely get by; we must strive to excel. This involves setting high expectations for our children and ourselves, encouraging hard work, and celebrating real, true, hard, achievements. By doing so, we inspire our young ones to reach their highest potential, instilling in them the values of diligence and perseverance.
Call to Action
Our current leadership has not gathered us for a true response plan. It's time for us to take matters into our own hands to day. We need to come together, create comprehensive emergency plans, and invest in the necessary infrastructure. Let's also commit to enhancing our children's education, focusing on practical skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
In unity and with a shared vision, we can build a safer, stronger, and more successful community. Let's pull together with love and devotion, ensuring our children grow up in an environment that nurtures their potential and prepares them for any challenge. Together, we can achieve greatness and secure a bright future for generations to come.

Water is essential to our Life, and to our children. A special Type of Tertiary Water Treatment: A Necessity for Safety
Just a few years ago the world was attacked with deliberate and or perhaps natural pathogens, commonly called Covid 19. This was not as fatal as it could have been. It should be a alarm, a wake up call to us all about our vulnerability. There is nothing preventing any mad group from delivering a more dangerous pathogen that would be much more destructive. I have seen a water treatment system that kills all pathogens, that would keep us here more safe. When I say kill, it actually disrupts all of them so that in layman's terms they are rendered harmless/killed much like chlorine works. Viruses, and bacteria, fungal, and yeast, are the usual ways that crazy people contemplate introducing a pathogen to wipe out the world. This type of Tertiary water treatment is affordable and is a vital process that ensures water is purified to the highest standards, removing contaminants and making it safe for consumption even when reusing sewage as drinking water. Lets hope it never comes to that. It goes beyond basic filtration and disinfection, providing additional layers of protection. In the event of contamination—whether due to an attack or natural calamity—having small, localized tertiary water treatment plants in each city and across the county can be lifesaving. These plants would guarantee the availability of essential drinking water, safeguarding our community's health and well-being during emergencies. Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City has the last step of the system and has been using it for at least 7 years. They only need the last step of the system since that are connected to city water that's already purified. The reason that the Hotel uses the last step of the system is because this last step keeps the bacteria that causes pipes to corrode disabled and the hotel has no hard water issues.
